1. Prepare Your Artwork: Create your completed gang sheet at 22 inches wide using a transparent background. Save it as a high-resolution PNG or PDF.
2. Upload Your File: Click the Browse button above and select your completed gang sheet.
3. Verify Your Sheet Size: The uploader will detect your artwork dimensions and match your file to an available sheet size. Review the selected size and pricing.
4. Choose Your Quantity: Select how many copies of your gang sheet you would like printed.
5. Review Your Artwork: Double-check your design, resolution, dimensions, and layout before submitting.
6. Agree & Add to Cart: Check the artwork agreement box and click Add to Cart.
7. Complete Checkout: Finish your purchase, and we'll take care of printing your transfers!

Important: Files should be print-ready at 300 DPI at their intended printing size. Artwork is printed as submitted, so please check everything carefully before ordering.

For the best DTF print quality:

• Upload high-resolution artwork, preferably 300 DPI at the final print size.
• PNG files with a true transparent background are recommended.
• The builder also supports JPG, WEBP, SVG, and PDF files.
• Check the resolution indicator for each uploaded design. Green indicates good resolution; red indicates that your artwork may print blurry or pixelated.
• Avoid unwanted backgrounds, blurry images, and low-resolution screenshots.
• Double-check your design dimensions and quantities before adding your sheet to the cart.

How to Apply Your DTF Transfers

1. Preheat your heat press to 315°F.
2. Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position your DTF transfer on the garment with the printed design facing up.
4. Press for 10–12 seconds using. Medium to firm pressure.
5.  Hot Peel: Immediately after pressing, carefully peel the transfer film away while it is still hot, using a smooth, steady motion.
6. Cover the design with parchment paper or a protective finishing sheet and press again for 10 seconds.

For Best Results:

• Use a heat press rather than a household iron.
• Wait at least 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

Important: Heat press settings can vary depending on the garment material and DTF film. Always test before applying transfers to customer garments.

Production Time

Custom DTF gang sheets are typically printed and prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days after final artwork approval.

Orders requiring artwork corrections or design assistance may take additional time.
